4th canal exists
Here you can see the dreaded (unless you have a microscope) 4th canal (MB2) in a maxillary first molar. It is known that 60%! of the first molars and 40% of the second molars have 4 canals, so if you don’t see maybe you are overlooking it.
See it without microscope or without some type of maginificación would be very difficult for me. As I said in a previous post, If you don’t see doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist. There is no excuse.
